How much will my Gazebo cost?
This is a common question and one which can't be answered without further information. Gazebo prices start from £199.99 & printing starts at just £30, for a full bespoke quote call the sales team on 0800 988 4252
What type of file will the design team require?
When you have finalised your design you will then need to send the image
files across to the Gala Tent design team who will confirm the design and
make sure it is print-ready. When you send your images it is important to
ensure that they are the highest quality possible to ensure a perfect finish
to your print. Images are required to be in the following format(s):
.AI
.PDF
.EPS
.PSD (Artwork must be at least 50% scale)
What is the turn-around time for my printed gazebo?
Typically printing can be completed in the following timescales:
Vinyl print – 3-5 working day
Dye-sublimation print – 7-28 days
*Turnaround times can vary depending on the amount of print required.
What is the returns policy for printed gazebos?
As each printed gazebo is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:
a) the product does not match the order
b) the product is faulty
If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via
email (info@galatent.co.uk) outlining the problem and we will guide you
through the returns process. Please remember to include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under. If the goods
have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a misprint or
a fault on the covers, then a photograph, as well as description of the
problem, should be emailed through to info@galatent.co.uk for our customer services team to assess.
How much will I be charged for delivery?
Please note that there is a warehouse packing and handling fee of £7.99. This fee includes making your shipment weather-resistant by encapsulation in heavy-duty polyethylene which ensures your goods arrive in pristine condition.
How do I find out how my order is progressing?
There are several options available to you. The simplest option is to check the email sent by Gala Tent which notifies you of your order’s progress. The email will contain contact details of the carrier which is transporting your parcel(s). You also have the option of telephoning the carrier for an estimated time of arrival which many customers find useful. If you did not receive the email, or placed your order over the phone and did not leave your email address, then please use the contact form to let our customer services team know and they will locate the tracking information details for you.
